Returns and return shipment
The Buyer is entitled to return the purchased items without citing reasons within 10 days after receipt. The date of the postmark shall be considered the effective date. All returns must be sent back in their original condition, i.e. unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. The return label that must accompany returns is included with every order. The cost for returning products is borne exclusively by the Buyer.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return, and then let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If this is the case, your refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days. The refund will be made to the originally used payment method.
If more than 15 days have passed since the return was approved, please contact info@grajo.ch, quoting your order number.
